Marshall Street is Official Vendor of Ledgestone

Discraft’s Ledgestone Insurance Open tournament director Nate Heinold is happy to announce that Marshall Street has come on board as the official vendor of the 2017 tournament. Marshall Street has been a very strong supporter of the event the last few years and being the official vendor is the next logical step. Marshall Street has one of the largest disc golf shops in the country and is located in Leicester, MA just down the road from Maple Hill. The Pyramids Disc Golf course is located on the property where Marshall Street is located, another highly rated course. Marshall Street is famous for weighing every disc and having incredibly fast shipping. Marshall Street has their own unique flight guide, 10 years of experience and 30,000 discs from nearly every manufacturer. “This is huge. The Ledgestone Insurance Open is one of the biggest disc golf tournaments in the world, and to be its official vendor feels like we've hit the big time,” said Jason Southwick, owner of Marshall Street Disc Golf. Jason told us why he wanted to continue to be involved in this event. “Everything about Ledgestone is special. Its size, prestige, media coverage, and, especially, that a sizable chunk of the money it raises goes to St. Jude's hospital, an organization devoted to the research and treatment of childhood cancer.”

Being the official vendor means that Marshall Street will have the largest supply of special Ledgestone Discs. Every year the tournament creates thousands of Limited Edition discs through Discraft. After this year the tournament will have released over 50 Limited Edition versions of discs through the event. The event is excited to announce that this year’s lineup will include the following discs: Flag Dyed Buzzz, Flag Dyed Buzzz Mini, Cryztal Flx Sparkle Buzzz, Ti Meteor, Big Z Force, Cryztal Sparkle Undertaker, ESP Glo Flx Zone, Cryztal Zone, ESP Buzzz OS, Cryztal Focus, ESP Nuke OS, Z Ringer and an ESP Glo Thrasher. The tournament will also have some other unique items, including a Smoked Buzzz, Midnight Buzzz and a Jawbreaker Nuke that Marshall Street will have for sale as well. Those items will be much more limited in quantity.

While Marshall Street won’t have a physical presence at the event with discs for sale, they will have lots of great opportunities to purchase discs online and will have something unique in the AM player’s pack with the Marshall Street stamp. Discs will begin to be available in early April. Visit Marshall Street Disc Golf to shop for these awesome discs when they come out!
