Ledgestone TD Nate Heinold is happy to announce that Zanfel has been named as a major sponsor at each of the three major events the Ledgestone team is hosting in 2022: Combined Worlds, DGLO and Ledgestone. Zanfel has been an integral part to making Ledgestone a successful event and has increased their support with the 2022 events. This announcement is the 4th in our series of announcements titled the Twelve Days of Ledgestone.
The Ledgestone team has enjoyed a close relationship with the leadership of Zanfel for several years. Zanfel has their headquarters in Iowa but their owner is from Peoria, so the relationship is a natural fit. “It means a lot to work with a company who has their roots right here in our backyard where our event takes place,” said Heinold. “Disc golf is played primarily in the woods, and we are no stranger to poison ivy here. The 12th Annual Discraft Ledgestone Insurance Open will take place August 11th to the 14th in Central Illinois. Registration will take place exclusively at Disc Golf Scene and will open in early 2022.
