Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official for the purposes of withdrawing. Making a comment on the DGS forum section that you need to withdraw does not constitute an official note. If you cannot find your original Disc Golf Scene email, the tournament director’s email is [email protected]
  2. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event prior to (or on) July 14th, 2022 will receive a 100% cash refund, minus a $10 fee.
  3. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between July 15th and July 29th, 2022 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled from the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 50% cash refund.
  4. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between July 30th and August 7th, 2022 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% cash refund.
  5. Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from playing in the event, do not show up for the event, or try to withdraw after August 7th, 2022 (which is our drop date) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or players pack.
