A variety of local businesses will be offering special “Ledgestone Scavenger Hunt” products and services during the week of the Ledgestone Open. To participate in the Scavenger Hunt, players and spectators simply need to visit any participating business, purchase the Scavenger Hunt item from that business, and then scan a special QR code to collect the Scavenger Hunt token for that business. Participants can redeem Scavenger Hunt tokens for prizes and discounts at the Ledgestone merchandise shop at the tournament venue and Ledgestone Disc Golf will also award prizes to the participants who have collected the most tokens at the end of the event. In addition, each business will receive one “Golden Token” which they will award to one lucky participant. The Golden Token can be redeemed for a $100 merchandise credit at the onsite Ledgestone merchandise shop.
Instructions for Participants
The Scavenger Hunt will start on Monday, July 27 and end on Sunday, August 2nd at 5 PM.
To collect tokens, participants must:
- Visit participating businesses during regular operating hours.
- Tell staff at the business that they are participating in the Ledgestone Scavenger Hunt and purchase the Scavenger Hunt item for that business.
- Complete the Checkout process (example below) on ShopLedgestone.com to add the Scavenger Hunt item to your account.
- Participants may collect only one token per business. Multiple tokens collected from the same business are not redeemable for rewards.
Participants can redeem their tokens at the Ledgestone Pro Shop at Eureka for the following rewards:
- 2 tokens: $5 in Event Pro Shop credit
- 3-5 tokens: $10 in Event Pro Shop credit
- 6-8 tokens: $25 in Event Pro Shop credit
- 9-12 tokens: $50 in Event Pro Shop credit
- 13 tokens: $100 in Event Pro Shop credit
- Golden Token (randomly given at each business): $100 shopledgestone.com gift card
After the Scavenger Hunt ends, Ledgestone will tally results and send prizes to the top three finishers (ties will be broken by random drawing):
- 1st Place: $150 shopledgestone.com gift card
- 2nd Place: $100 shopledgestone.com gift card
- 3rd Place: $75 shopledgestone.com gift card
