Part-Time | In-House | Southeast Michigan
The Ledgestone team is hiring a Partnerships and Operations Coordinator to help lead community outreach and business engagement for the 2026 PDGA Pro World Championships. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our Tournament Operations and Marketing teams to build partnerships, recruit vendors, and help promote one of the biggest events in disc golf.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, motivated, and comfortable talking with business owners and community leaders.
Location Requirement: Applicants must live in Southeast Michigan and be in close proximity to Kensington Metropark.
Compensation: Stipend + commission potential (1099 subcontractor; no benefits).
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with local businesses to secure sponsorships for the 2026 Pro Worlds.
- Recruit food, beverage, and retail vendors for the event.
- Partner with our operations team to organize local business participation in our Business Scavenger Hunt community engagement program.
- Promote the event through in-person outreach and distributing promotional materials.
- Assist with event marketing by helping place signage, posters, and banners throughout the community.
- Connect with local schools to arrange disc golf clinics and demonstrations.
- Attend occasional meetings or perform course checks at Kensington Metropark.
What We’re Looking For
- Knowledge of disc golf (both as a hobby and professional sport) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable presenting to business leaders.
- College-level education preferred (completed or in progress).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Pay: Negotiated during the interview process.
