Customer Service Advocate & Warehouse Assistant

Duties Include: 

  • Manage customer service for direct to consumer operations
  • Will include assisting customers with changes during the sale process, and then addressing concerns after product has been received 
  • Quality check of products 
  • Inventory of products 
  • Restock of inventory
  • Processing of shipping labels
  • Pulling of products 
  • Shipments of products 
  • Update Shopify direct to consumer platform to ensure accuracy 
  • Organizing, updating, and improving shipping methods to ensure efficiency 
  • Assist in finding efficiency in all processes within the warehouse 
  • Other duties and assistance as assigned

Preferred Experience:

  • 4 year college degree preferred 
  • Experience working in customer service preferred
  • Knowledge of Shopify or other website platforms is a plus
  • Knowledge of Outlook email platform and Excel is a plus

Miscellaneous:

  • Some weekend work required
  • Anticipated hours - 8:30am – 5pm, ½ hour lunch 
  • Pay dependent on experience 
  • This position requires applicant to work and live in Central Illinois
