  • any official Ledgestone tournament applications, including mobile or web-based apps used for event participation, registration, scoring, scheduling, notifications, or tournament operations (the “Apps”).

  • Contact forms / inquiries: name, email address, phone number (if provided), and message content.
  • Job / volunteer interest forms (when available): contact details and any information you submit in your inquiry (and any optional attachments, if enabled).
  • App-related submissions (if you use the Apps): information you enter or upload in connection with tournament participation (for example: registration details, preferences, messages, or other event-related inputs).

B. Information collected automatically

  • Usage & device data: pages/screens viewed, actions taken, referring pages, approximate location (e.g., city/region), device type, browser, operating system, and similar technical details.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used for analytics, performance, and basic site/app functionality (see Section 4).

2) How We Use Information

  • To respond to messages, requests, or support inquiries.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Sites and Apps.

  • To evaluate job/volunteer interest when applicable.
