2019 Ledgestone Insurance Open Refund Policy

  1. Players MUST email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official. The tournament director’s email is [email protected] and this is the best way to withdraw from the event.
  2. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event prior to (or on) May 21st, 2019 will receive a 100% cash refund, minus a $10 fee. AMS will have the option to get their full players pack instead of a refund, with the player paying the shipping costs.
  3. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between May 22nd and June 5th, 2019 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled from the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide either a 50% cash refund to any AMS or their full players pack, with the cost of the shipping being paid by the player. Players in the pro division will receive a 50% cash refund if their spot cannot be filled from the wait list.
  4. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between June 6th and June 16th, 2019 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide either a 25% cash refund to any AMS or their full players pack, with the cost of the shipping being paid by the player. Players in the pro division will receive a 25% cash refund if their spot cannot be filled from the wait list.
  5. Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from playing in the event, do not show up for the event, or try to withdraw after June 16th, 2019 (which is our drop date) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or players pack.
