Ledgestone TD Nate Heinold is excited to announce the 2024 Ledgestone and DGLO AM player’s packs, along with this year’s added cash announcements for each event. The Ledgestone team is also thrilled to announce the inclusion of Merrell shoes in the player packs for both DGLO and Ledgestone. This is the 12th and final announcement in our Twelve Days of Ledgestone promotion. This year the tournament will add a Ledgestone record $90,000 of added cash while providing a top level player’s pack to amateur players. The tournament also plans on giving another sizable donation to charity, with the primary beneficiaries being St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Easter Seals and the Paul McBeth Foundation. This year’s DGLO added cash will be a DGLO record $60,000 with a $400 AM player’s pack.
With the day 12 announcement, Ledgestone is doing a 20% off sale on the entire store. This sale will only run today, December 20th exclusively at the Ledgestone retail website. This discount will be above and beyond any other discounts offered. “We wanted to add some extra value with our 12 Days of Ledgestone promotion this year, and that is why we are offering these daily, exclusive discounts,” said Heinold.
Ledgestone Player Pack Details
Through their partnership with GRIPeq, Ledgestone will once again be offering all Amateur players the ability to get a custom, exclusive new disc golf bag model from GRIPeq. AM players will have the option of receiving a custom Chainstar Lite or this new GRIPeq bag, with more information coming late winter about the bag. In addition, Ledgestone has been working closely with Merrell and is happy to announce that every player in the event will receive a pair of Merrell shoes. More details will be announced in 2024 about the Ledgestone and Merrell relationship. “The investment we are making in our AM players is off the charts. Logistically this will be the most challenging Ledgestone we have ever run, between a new disc golf bag model, shoe sizes, baskets and shirt sizes. At the same time, we couldn’t be more excited for next year’s event!” exclaimed Heinold.

All players will also be receiving additional coupons in their players packs. In addition, all players will receive two free meals (Friday and Saturday nights) and free ice cream at two separate events. DGLO Player Pack Details
The players pack for this year’s DGLO event will be bigger and better than anything that DGLO has ever seen with a value of $400 for the player packs. The event team has worked closely with Discraft, Merrell and GRIPeq to provide an insane players pack for the 42nd annual DGLO event. Here is what will be in this year’s DGLO event players pack:

Ledgestone and DGLO VIP’s will be treated to a great pack and will get exclusive viewing and parking access at this year’s events. VIP’s will get special viewing access at Eureka and Sunset at Ledgestone and Toboggan for DGLO. As for the pros, this year will see a Ledgestone record amount of added cash of $90,000, which tops the previous record set in 2023. DGLO will see a DGLO record amount of added cash of $60,000, with a goal of getting that up to $70,000. Both events will be DGPT Elite+ events in 2024. Both events attribute this increase in the added cash to the partnership it has formed over the last 9 years with Discraft. “Discraft goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need to run successful events. This increase of added cash is directly attributable to the success of our 2023 events and our Ledgestone pro shop. Without Discraft providing us great and unique products to sell, we wouldn’t be able to continue to make these investments in the events,” said Heinold. The Ledgestone retail website launched in January 2020 and quickly allowed the tournament a better way to market Ledgestone and raise funds for the event. Proceeds from sales from the website directly help the Ledgestone event continue to improve and get better. “Without the success of the website, we wouldn’t be making deals with strategic partners like GRIPeq to provide this kind of player’s pack. We sincerely appreciate all of the support that everyone has given us,” said Heinold.
Finally, the tournament is proud to continue to work with St Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Paul McBeth Foundation, along with Easter Seals. These three organizations remain the primary beneficiaries of the Ledgestone’s charitable efforts. Since 2014 the Ledgestone team has donated $634,000 to charity. At the Ledgestone event many of the volunteers for the event are connected to St Jude, Easter Seals or the Paul McBeth Foundation. St Jude has a local children’s research hospital in Peoria, and the event is proud to continue to support St Jude’s mission that ensures that no family ever pays for care needed when a child gets cancer. Ledgestone TD Nate Heinold is one of the founding members of the Paul McBeth Foundation and is the Chairman of the BOD of the Foundation. The Foundation’s goal to spread disc golf into underserved areas is one that is shared by the Ledgestone team. Easter Seals has a facility in Peoria that fulfills their mission to provide exceptional services to ensure that children with developmental delays, disabilities and other special needs can reach their full potential.
